Review: A Witch's Kitchen

A Witch's Kitchen A Witch's Kitchen by Dianna Sanchez
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Crystal's 5 Star Review
Millie is the daughter of a powerful witch. The only problem? Millie can't cast a spell to save her life. The only thing she can do is cook and cook well. After a coven meeting, it is decided by the head of the coven that Millie should attend a school that's nearby as a representative of the Witches. The other young witches laugh and tease poor Millie.

Once at school, Millie discovers that her magic does funny things. Things no one else can do. She makes friends with both a pixie and an elf, her cooking brings them together. The girls and Millie's half-brother Max (who is a wizard and also attends the school) all go on a grand adventure that leads them from the Enchanted Forest Realm to the Human Realm.

I absolutely adored this book. I cannot wait until my 8-year old can read it. When I told her the premise of the story, she was jumping up and down with excitement. The writing is wonderful, the characters are enchanting. Such a great story!!
