I was excited when I was approved to read this book from Netgalley. My boyfriend and I have been wanting to try Pho, but did not have a place to try it where we live.
This cookbook is one of the best I’ve used in a while. It has the history of the dish, the authors travels, and it has great tasting, easy to make recipes. What more can you possibly want in a cookbook?
If you are interested in trying new foods, easy recipes, great ingredients, the history of the dish, and reading about travels to other countries, I would definitely recommend. I can’t wait to have a physical copy in my hands to add to my cookbook collection!!
